• 1.0 VAT – Value Added Tax

• All prices are inclusive of the proposed standard rate of VAT.

• Pricing

• We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without prior notice to our customers/ clients 

• Treating stains

• We do not guarantee the removal of any stains or markings

• The introductory price of cleaning does not include the removal of any stains and will be informed of this before cleaning commences

• Stain removal is more straightforward if the customer tells us of the origin of the stain, colour problems, dye or pigment changes at the time of leaving the garment with us and for any unusual marks or stains that can be treated before dry-cleaning to improve results. It is also best to update us if any prior treatment has been undertaken due to reactions of chemicals- stain removal products

•  An extra charge may apply where garments need additional treatment, depending on the time and costs involved.

• Collection & Delivery

• We take no responsibility for any items lost or damaged that were not added to the original checkout/ order.

• We will ask for a signature upon delivery from the customer (or any other individual the customer has requested to accept the delivery) on the same collection & delivery card and to confirm all items have been successfully delivered in full to the customer's satisfaction. If there are any queries or complaints, the customer must raise them within five days of delivery.

• We reserve the right to decline to collect or delivering above the third floor of any building unless an operating lift is available to our staff members 

• We reserve the right to decline any of our services in the event of repeated inability to gain access to the customer's collection/delivery address.

• Time and dates we quote are estimates only and do not form a contract in writing. The times may vary due to the volume, breakdown and other outside influences of our business.

• Our collection & delivery service is not a free service when ordering online but is included in the overall price.

• A charge may be applied depending on collection/delivery address or if we are asked to return collected items without undertaking any cleaning/services.

• Right to decline service

• We reserve the right to refuse any of our services to customers including but not limited to circumstances of actual or implied physical or verbal abuse towards our company or our employees.

• Exclusions to liability

• Although every effort will be made to ensure there is no damage to any items we clean, we do not accept liability for any of the below items:

1 Feather filled or down jacket items including but not limited to: bedding duvets, pillows, down jackets, sleeping bags etc.

2 Accessories or other objects attached to or contained within any items cleaned including but not limited to belts, buckles, buttons, zips, beads, broaches, money, credit cards, logos, badges, etc.

3 items that are damaged by accessories or other items attached to or contained within that item.

4 Pinholes or marks from tagging labels that we link to your articles.

5 Items that have unclear or no cleaning instructions available.

6 Items damaged when cleaned according to cleaning instructions, including but not limited to: colour loss or change, shrinkage, etc.

7 Items that have a purpose made crinkles or specially made creases from manufacturing that may be removed during the cleaning process due to the adhesive

8 Items that are not stated on your ticket or collection & delivery card.

9 Silk items that experience colour loss.

10 For loss, destruction or damage to wedding dresses unless they contain a detailed manufacturers care label complying with ISO 3758:2005 and processed/ cleaned according to the instructions contained thereon in.

Skin items such as Suede, leathers, furs, or sheepskin garments can sometimes have inherent defects/ scars and weakening areas that are not apparent before cleaning and only become evident after cleaning. In addition to the effects of normal wear, there are other conditions you should be aware of such as:

1 Some natural skins may have weak or thin areas that can chafe during processing and may not be noticed until after the cleaning process

2 Prior exposure to heat and moisture can cause skins to become tender, stiff or brittle.

3 Some natural skins may shrink or lose shape during processing.

4 Some types of natural stains may not be removable and can even make things worse.

5 Colour uniformity cannot be assured/ guaranteed if natural skins were not originally matched evenly and already showing dye runs or showing fading

6 Linings that are heavily soiled may be challenging to clean satisfactorily

• Terms of Payment

• All Collections & delivery must either be paid for before or on the delivery by cash, credit card, debit card or bank transfer.

• We reserve the right not to collect or deliver any items until payment has been received by us.

• Counter customers must either pay before or on collection by cash, credit card, debit card or bank transfer.

• Claims

• In situations where there is uncertainty as to the cause of damage to an item, we can arrange for a third-party analysis by the Laundry Technology Centre.

• In the event that we are clearly at fault, then we shall settle the costs of the analysis along with the settlement of the claim

•  in the event that we are not clearly at fault, the costs of the analysis will be settled by you the customer, and query or claim will be concluded.

• Any claim settled will be settled in the form of a credit note 

• Any claim paid will be on the condition that is accepted by the customer as full and final settlement.

• Contact permissions
